Agilmix Mall LLC ("we," "us," "our") wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@agilmixmall.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions and, if approved, a return authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

• Change of mind: the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: Agilmix Mall LLC covers the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or item, the fastest way is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased on special promotion or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item arrives defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is defective or damaged, contact support@agilmixmall.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional cost to you.
