4. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer; we will notify you by email of any significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after processing, depending on destination and shipping method. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Orders over $40 USD qualify for free standard shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Delays

Agilmix Mall LLC is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control. Contact us if your order is delayed and we will assist.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact support@agilmixmall.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
